Borgaon Urban Co-op Credit Society Ltd., Borgaon was incorporated on 4th May 1994 with its registered office in Chikodi Taluka, Karnataka, India under the leadership of Founder Chairman Shri Tatyasaheb R. Patil. The society was later converted into a Multi-State Co-operative Society on 21st June 2023 under the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002.
With a vision to provide personalized, up-to-date, and high-quality financial products and services, the society operates conservatively, efficiently, and profitably while contributing to the better quality of life in the communities it serves.

In 1994-95, Mr. Patil founded the Borgaon Urban Co-operative Credit Society Ltd., Borgaon in Borgaon village. Through his hard work and vision, he elevated the institution to significant heights. He has been instrumental in steering towards sustainable growth, fostering innovation and building strategies.
